Auction participation conditions

I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, that I am participating through my own account and that I reside in Switzerland or France. I accept the applicable auction terms for A Letter to Time — World Watch Day 2026 and acknowledge the auction privacy notice. I understand that registration does not authorise bidding until the Studio approves my participation. I genuinely agree to complimentary collection of the framed work in Geneva, personally or through a representative authorised by me; international delivery is not included. I understand the opening bid of CHF 1’500, minimum increment of CHF 100 and absence of a reserve, the 250-hour auction period displayed in Europe/Zurich, and payment within 48 hours of the verified private invitation if I win. Applicable mandatory buyer rights remain unaffected. This acceptance is not marketing consent. I acknowledge and accept Mauro’s personal undertaking, the amount without cost deductions, the Fonds Pierre Amstutz as intended recipient subject to acceptance and, if it refuses or acceptance and verified arrangements are unavailable within60days of full payment, the Association des Amis de la Fondation Battenberg as the predetermined alternative recipient. Transfer is due within90days of full payment. The alternative purpose is broader than watchmaking training. This change does not automatically terminate the sale; my mandatory rights and applicable remedies remain preserved.

Your participation requires separate Studio approval, including email verification. This form does not verify your email or age.
